TayaBet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to TayaBet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TayaBet website at tayabet.best and all related services, games, and features we provide ("Platform"). By creating a TayaBet account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

TayaBet is operated by TayaBet Philippines and holds a valid licence to offer online gaming services to eligible players in the Philippines. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only, and participation in real-money gaming is entirely voluntary.

If you do not agree to these Terms — any part of them — you must not register for a TayaBet account and must not use the Platform. Continuing to use TayaBet after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a TayaBet account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. TayaBet strictly prohibits minors from registering or accessing the Platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, unless TayaBet has expressly confirmed in writing that your jurisdiction is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of TayaBet or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or service providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by TayaBet or any Philippine regulatory body that prohibits you from online gaming.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. If you are not sure whether you qualify, consult a legal professional before registering.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and verifiable personal information during registration. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

3. Account Registration and Verification

One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one TayaBet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. If TayaBet discovers a player holds duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all accounts, combine balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

KYC Verification

TayaBet is required by its licence to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals. This process — Know Your Customer, or KYC — involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and, where required, proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your GCash app showing your registered mobile number).

TayaBet strongly recommends completing your KYC verification when you first register, rather than waiting until you need to make a withdrawal. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will be held pending KYC completion.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your TayaBet login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 4. Deposits

Payment methods available to your account may vary depending on your location and verification status.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Deposits are credited to your TayaBet account in real time for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to 30 minutes.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be refunded.
• TayaBet does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes. TayaBet may refuse to process a withdrawal request if the account shows no genuine gameplay after a deposit.

5. Withdrawals

TayaBet processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within the same business day for fully verified accounts submitting requests before the daily processing cutoff. Requests submitted after the cutoff will be processed the following business day. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PESONet may take 1–3 business days.

Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Your TayaBet account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your TayaBet account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds in your account must meet their applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• TayaBet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000. This is for your protection and in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an erroneous credit to your account, TayaBet reserves the right to reverse that credit, regardless of whether it has been partially or fully withdrawn.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

TayaBet offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms which are published alongside each offer. These Terms provide the general framework; specific promotion pages will detail qualifying games, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to each bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible Philippine players only. TayaBet reserves the right to exclude players from specific offers at its discretion.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (specified per promotion) before associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering on Baccarat, Roulette, and certain other table games may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — this will be specified in individual promotion terms.
• TayaBet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from your account if it determines the bonus was obtained through abuse, exploitation, or in violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• If you make a withdrawal request while you have an active bonus, TayaBet may forfeit the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings. Your real-money balance will not be affected.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on TayaBet are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's information panel. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

• All bets placed and accepted on TayaBet are final once the betting window has closed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they are submitted.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino game or slot session, TayaBet will investigate the incident and resolve it in line with the game supplier's official rules. Bets affected by a verified malfunction may be voided and stakes returned.
• TayaBet's random number generators (RNG) for slot and virtual table games are independently certified. The results of all RNG games are final.
• For live casino games, the dealer's actions and the result as captured on the official stream are final. TayaBet reviews live game disputes using recorded stream footage.
• TayaBet reserves the right to void any bet placed after the official result has already been determined — whether due to a technical fault, a communication error, or any other cause.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round, as displayed within each game. TayaBet may adjust these limits at any time.

8. Responsible Gaming

TayaBet is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity — deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. You can access all of these directly from your account settings.

If you activate a self-exclusion on your TayaBet account, you will be blocked from logging in and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of six months. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TayaBet. Engaging in any of these actions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities
• Registering more than one TayaBet account in your own name or on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or exploit game outcomes
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino and poker variants
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain credits, wins, or any other advantage on TayaBet
• Attempting to manipulate, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software, systems, or security measures
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposit transactions

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the TayaBet Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, layout, and design — is the property of TayaBet or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, or create derivative works from any TayaBet content without prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence terminates automatically if you breach these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, TayaBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or gaming winnings due to Platform downtime, technical malfunction, or scheduled maintenance
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform

TayaBet's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90 days preceding the claim.

12. Account Termination

Termination by You

You may close your TayaBet account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, ensure all pending wagering requirements are settled. Any real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

Termination by TayaBet

TayaBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including without limitation when:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• TayaBet suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• The account holder has been found to be under 21 years of age
• The account holder is located in a jurisdiction where TayaBet is not licensed to operate
• Regulatory or legal requirements require TayaBet to do so

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, TayaBet may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, TayaBet reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

13. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a dispute with TayaBet regarding a game outcome, a payment, or any aspect of your account, please follow these steps in order:

1. Contact Support First: Reach TayaBet's customer support team via live chat or by emailing support@tayabet.best. Provide your account details, the relevant game or transaction reference, and a clear description of the issue.
2. Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved at the support level, you may submit a formal written complaint to TayaBet's compliance team. Allow up to 14 business days for a formal response.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after TayaBet's formal complaint process, you may escalate to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority that issued TayaBet's operating licence.

Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. TayaBet will not investigate disputes relating to events more than 30 days in the past.

14. Amendments to These Terms

TayaBet may amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with the effective date clearly displayed. For significant changes, TayaBet will also notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the TayaBet Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using TayaBet and may close your account.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and your entire relationship with TayaBet, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TayaBet that cannot be resolved through the complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
